Pete O’Brien, Education Manager

Peter is an education professional of 30 years’ experience within teaching, school leadership and strategic development. He has experience of creating and maintaining collaborative partnerships that deliver greater attainment and progress for schools. He advises and leads on the development of educational workforce recruitment, progress, and retention as well as pupil intervention programmes. Peter also delivers CPD opportunities for internal and external staff to ensure that their knowledge and understanding of the educational sector is relevant and aligned to the demands of each school.

Peter has been active in supporting school leaders develop innovative and focused strategic partnerships with the private sector, a strategy that seeks to share expertise so as to provide localised solutions for local problems. This new collaboration seeks to build sustainable and continuous improvement for schools and all stakeholders and to develop the individual and organisational capacity to meet the ongoing educational and social challenges of the present and the future.
