We are delighted to announce our partnership with Northorpe Hall Child and Family Trust
Northorpe Hall Child and Family Trust is a West Yorkshire-based charity specialising in the emotional wellbeing of children, young people, and their families.
We truly understand the importance of effectively supporting young people and how much education professionals can benefit from continued professional development to foster professional growth, particularly within the complex landscape of emotional wellbeing and mental health.
Northorpe Hall takes a holistic approach to emotional wellbeing and mental health, involving parents, carers, schools, and colleges. We are also passionate about children’s mental health and will support our candidates through these valuable partnerships to provide access to knowledge and skills they need, to be successful within their classroom positions.
Our valued supply staff community will now have access to exclusive training that will equip them with the vital tools required to support the wellbeing and mental health of children within the classroom. Our partnership with Northorpe Hall is a testament to our joint commitment to developing a workforce that is not only skilled but also compassionate and deeply attuned to the needs of students.

Over the past two years, Helen has trained Senior Mental Health Leads as part of the DfE Senior Mental Health Lead Training, supported organisations with their approach to mental health and wellbeing, and provided training focused on early intervention and prevention.
Environmental, Social and Governance Policy
We are also committed to providing high quality candidates to our clients. Through this partnership, candidates will be provided with the tools they need to help them understand how children and young people are feeling and work with them to develop ways to cope, as well as improving life skills like problem-solving, resilience, and self-confidence.
This strategic partnership further compliments our ESG policy by reinforcing our commitment to social responsibility, candidate and client responsibility and child protection. Additionally, it allows us to evidence the support that we offer the communities that we live and work in.
