– All training courses must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

– Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Operam Education Group does not store or have access to card details.

– A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been received.

– Training course fees are non-refundable.

– Refunds will only be considered where a valid reason is provided in writing to training@operam-education.co.uk more than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or where exceptional circumstances apply and are approved by Operam Education Group.

– Refund requests that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
