  • Introduce your role(s) to our network and database of leaders.
  • Advertise through a network of best practice leadership specialists, specific social media campaigns and industry leading job boards.
  • Interview and select the most appropriate candidates based on your identified criteria and needs.
  • Present each suitable candidate to you via our digital candidate pack.

We will:-

  • Facilitate interviews for suitable candidates and plan the schedule for the process.
  • Obtain feedback for all candidates and set timelines for decision outcomes.
  • Be available to answer any queries and assist in decision making if requested.

We will:-

  • Confirm the appointment of your new permanent candidate in your establishment.
  • Obtain and deliver feedback to all key stakeholders in the process, along with feedback on our process.
  • Facilitate and support with the onboarding process of the successful applicant(s) if requested.

We will:-

  • Commit to your new leader/candidate with our bespoke ‘Post Placement Support Programme’ in the first term of engagement.
  • Provide detailed feedback from recruiters and education specialists to key stakeholders within your organisation.
  • Commit to your long term leadership and permanent staffing priorities and stay actively engaged in your journey.
