Education Leadership Recruitment launch

We are delighted to announce our Operam Education Leadership Recruitment launch, which is a new bespoke service offering from the Operam Education Group, that focuses on sourcing and hiring inspirational leaders for their current and future partner clients. Although there is a widely recognised shortage of education leaders, there are still many incredibly talented individuals within the sector, and because Operam Education Group have grown their leadership network over the last few years, they feel now is the time that they can make a real difference to all stakeholders. Operam Education Group has invested in creating this new brand and team, as they feel it’s an exciting time for new leaders to step up to truly make a difference.

Eddie Austin, CEO, Operam Education Group, announced that Christian Walshe was appointed to lead the new national and international brand, stating:

Christian, who has worked in a variety of senior positions in education recruitment for the last decade, said:
