The members of agency staff that have worked / are working at the school through Key Stage, especially those on long term supply cover, have been brilliant. The whole process is seamless, from the initial discussion over the telephone to authorising timesheets! I find that the team at Key Stage, in particular Jody, really take the time to listen to what we need.
