Marketing Executive
Do you consider yourself an experienced marketeer, who is ready to take their next career step? In addition, we have specialist teams operating across the Group including Operam Education Leadership Recruitment and Operam Education Tutoring. This is a new position and therefore a unique opportunity to shape the role to give maximum business impact, there’s no footsteps to follow or processes to inherit, you’ll be starting from scratch. You’ll be touching most elements of the marketing mix, but let’s be practical, we don’t expect you to be both creative and analytical, but we do expect you to be proficient enough to multi-task effectively. You will be primarily focused on our digital footprint, including social media, website management and google analytics but you’ll also co-ordinate print, events and exhibitions as and when required.

So, who will you be working with and what’s the objective?  You’ll be supporting our recruitment consultants across all the brands with candidate attraction – sounds simple? It’s a challenging industry, with hundreds of consultants chasing the same people, but you’ll be working with experienced teams who will support you with insight and ideas.  You’ll also be supported by our marketing agency who have managed brand awareness and candidate attraction for several years, we’ve recently been short-listed in the Global Recruiter Awards for Best Candidate Attraction through social media, so you’ll be in good hands.  You’ll also keep our websites updated with any operational or compliance changes, oversee vacancy uploads from the recruitment team to ensure standards are maintained.  You’ll need to have some SEO knowledge, so your work maximises ratings.

Whilst working towards a qualification via college, you will learn on the job in a busy and varied role with support from your line manager and colleagues.
